Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Prediction of hypotension by assessment of perfusion index by using pulse oximeter following spinal anaesthesia in lower segment caesarean sectionTimepoint: Baseline After subarachanoid block Every 5 minutes till end of surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
To study for change in haemodynamic parameters like systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean arterial pressure, heart rate,ECG changes, respiratory rate, oxygen saturation pre and post spinal anaesthesia Timepoint: Baseline value After subarachanoid block Every 5 minutes till the end of surgery
