Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: zone 5 flexor tendon cut injuries

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age 70 years Tendon injuries otherthan zone 5 Associated vascular injury(both radial and ulnar artery) Fracture of distal end of radius/ulna Injuries with skin &soft tissue /tendon loss Negative consent Patient with serious life threatening injuries
