Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Patients of age between (40-60) years. 2)Diagnosed cases of Tibiofemoral Osteoarthritis Grade I - III as per Kellgren and Lawrence Classification. 3)Moderate to severe knee pain for at least 3 months while performing ADLs with a score of 6-8 on NPRS. 4)Knee pain anteriorly during at least two of the following activities: Climbing stairs, squatting, getting down on knees, running and prolonged sitting.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Any history of knee surgery. 2)Patellofemoral osteoarthritis patients. 3)Post traumatic knee OA. 4)Any hip disorder. 5)Any systemic inflammatory disease. 6)Use of opiod medication. 7)Any deformity of the knee which cannot be realigned. 8)Any psychiatric or physical illness which make it difficult to complete.

Western Ontario and McMaster Universities(WOMAC)Timepoint: It will be measured pre and post treatment i.e. before 1st week and after 5th week of the treatment.
