Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Partially edentulous patients between 18 years to 60 years indicated for implant supported prosthesis. 2. Adequate alveolar height (8-13mm). 3. Narrow alveolar ridge ( horizontally deficient ridge): 3-7mm. 4. Patients fit for minor surgery and implant prosthesis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient not consenting for study 2. Patients not fit for minor surgery 3. Alveolar ridge width above 7mm and less than 3mm 4. Insufficient ridge height
