Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ASA I-II Elective Surgeries Laparoscopic Assisted Vaginal Hysterectomy(LAVH) and Total Laparoscopic Hysterectomy(TLH) surgeries Surgical duration more than 1 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgeries Patients converted to open hysterectomy surgeries. severe chronic obstructive pulmonary disease severe pulmonary hypertension Renal Insufficiency (Creatinine > 1.8) Hepatic Insufficiency ( Direct Bilirubin > 2.0) Patients with Cardiac complication Patients with Neurological complication

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the postoperative pulmonary oxygen efficiency- PaO2 and PaO2/FiO2 ratio.Timepoint: 6 hours after the surgery

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Intraoperative haemodynamics variation, alveolar-arterial oxygen gradient, postoperative PFT and postoperative pulmonary complications like atelectasis, pneumothorax and mechanical ventilator support. Timepoint: Intraoperative haemodynamics variation during surgery period , alveolar-arterial oxygen gradient after 6 hours of surgery, postoperative PFT on POD-3 and postoperative pulmonary complications like atelectasis, pneumothorax within 24 hours of surgery and need mechanical ventilator support till POD-3.
