Intervention1: z track technique of intramuscular administration of magnesium sulphate: Z track administration is a method of injecting 10 g of 50% magnesium sulphate(20 ml) with 1.0 mL of 2% lidoc

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with pre-eclampsia above 20 weeks of gestation Those who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with pre-eclampsia above 20 weeks of gestation with altered sensorium , Patients who are getting the loading dose of magnesium sulphate from other hospitals
