Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Eligibility criteria : Patients undergoing elective Total Joint Arthroplasty of the hip or knee : 1.Unilateral Arthroplasty 2.Sequential Arthroplasty 3.Simultaneous Arthroplasty

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who under went spine surgery 2.Patients with significant low back pain who require spine surgery.

Pre and post operative outcome assessed using Modified Harris Hip Score and Knee society score for hip or knee respectively. Roland morris questionnaire is used to assess the low back pain pre and post operatively.Timepoint: Post operatively at 3 months and 1 year—
