Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Painfully restricted active & passive ROM of the shoulder, conservatively managed at least for 3 months with MRI findings suggestive of adhesive capsulitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Glenohumeral arthritis Rotator cuff tears Previous trauma/surgery around the shoulder joint Rheumatological disorders Cervical spine involvement
