Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with moderate and severe depression as per DSM -5 and in the age group of 18-65 years. 2. Both male and female gender.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Other psychiatric illness like Bipolar depression, Psychotic depression, organic mood disorders, substance induced depression. 2. Patients who do not have access to mobile phones. 3. Patients who cannot read and understand either English or Tamil.
