Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients showing signs and symptoms of menopausal syndrome 2. Menopausal women not taking HRT

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients having any type of malignancy. 2. Prolapsed uterus. 3. Major neurologic condition such as stroke 4. Patients with severe gynecological disorders. 5. Patients having systemic illnesses such as diabetes mellitus, metabolic syndrome, hypertension
