Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All diagnosed cases of traumatic optic neuropathy willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.open globe injury with Traumatic optic neuropathy 2.Cortical blindness 3.Complete avulsion of optic nerve 4. Polytrauma patient 5.Head injury patient

MeasureTime frame
Return of vision after medical or surgical management of traumatic optic neuropathy,at the time od admission, at the end of intervention, at the end of first month, second month and third monthTimepoint: at admission, after intervention, at the time of first, second and third month

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
1.Color vision 2.Visual field charting 3.Afferent pupillary defect 4.dilated fundus examination immediately after procedure and at the end of first month, second month, third monthTimepoint: 3 years
