Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Cases of open angle glaucoma with asymmetric optic disc cupping( difference of more than or equal to 0.2) and or visual field defect (difference of more than or equal to 6 db mean deviation)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Retinal or neurological disease like diabetic retinopathy,vascular blocks,stroke,ischemic optic neuropathy ,optic neuritis,optic atrophy. 2)Refractive error of more than 6 dioptre myopia and 4 dioptre hypermetropia 3)Advanced cataract impairing disc visualisation 4)Disc anomalies(pits ,colobomas) 5)Previous history og glaucoma filtering surgery

Ocular blood flow indices by color doppler imaging in Opthalmic artery,Central retinal artery,short posterior ciliary artery nasal and short posterior artery temporal.Timepoint: At the end of color doppler imaging
