Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with traumatic and post burn facial scars are included

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Keloid Active infection or cancer at site Smoking Pregnancy

MeasureTime frame
Vancouver Scar Asessment scale including scar height,pliability,vascularity and pigmentation is seen for the scar.Timepoint: 4 weeks,8 weeks and 12 weeks

Social Outcome and Cosmetic OutcomeTimepoint: 12 weeks,6 months and One Year
