Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Post-menopausal women with the age group of 45 -60 2. Minimum one year after menopause 3. Kellgren â?? Lawrence grade I,II& III 4. Ability to walk 10 meters without an assistive device.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any surgical procedures for lower limb in the previous 6 months 2. History of steroid injection for knee pain within the previous 3 months
