Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: single rooted teeth with periapical lesions periapical index (PAI) score of 3 and 4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: medically compromised individuals allergic to drugs pregnant and lactating women periodontally week tooth root caries calcified root canal presence of external or internal root resorption
