Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.ASA I II III 2.Age 18-65yrs in Both Groups 3.Pt willing to give consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Patient refusal 2.sepsis 3. >2 attempts of intubation 4.difficult airway 5.patient receiving ryles tube insertion
