Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: severely pre eclamptic women, 30-38 weeks of gestation who are scheduled to receive MgSO4

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Women with chronic hypertension, eclampsia, chronic renal disease, hyperthyroidism, twin gestation, seizure disorder, noninsulin dependent diabetes mellitus, severe anemia, autoimmune disorders and those with ocular injuries or prior ocular surgery
