Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Primiparous women undergoing emergency caesarean section in JIPMER.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Primiparous women with malpresentations undergoing emergency caesarean section.

MeasureTime frame
Completeness in documentation by the end of study quater (each quater is 3 months-total of 3 quaters is studied-9 months) after introduction of comprehensive proforma.Timepoint: From the time of surgery in JIPMER till the discharge around 4 to 6 days.
