Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA Grade I II III 2. Elective unilateral open inguinal hernia surgery under spinal anaesthesia 3. Patient giving consent for procedure

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with allergy to local anaesthetics 2. Patients with contraindication to spinal anaesthesia 3. Inflammation or infection at the site of block 4. Severe hepatic and renal disease 5. Ejection fraction <30%, valvular heart disease
