Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient with age between 15 and 50 years. 2. Maxillary and Mandibular permanent molars with symptomatic reversible pulpitiis 3. Vital response of pulp when tested with electric pulp testing. 4. Periapical lesion with API score 1 and 2

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Teeth with immature roots 2. Non-restorable teeth 3. No response on checking vitality with EPT. 4. Clinical presence of sinus tract or swelling 5. Radiograph showing periapical radiolucency, with API score of 3 and more. 6. Previously initiated root canal therapy
