Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All extubated patients, irrespective of duration of mechanical ventilation, who are planned to discharge from ICU to step down unit will be included.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Those who have refused to give consent Extubated as a part of comfort care/end of life care/discharge against medical advice Those who are incapable of interpreting and understanding the questionnaire.
