Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with TOF physiology Age â?? 0 - 18years. Patients with sinus rhythm. Patients who are posted for complete correction of TOF.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: COPD arrhythmias Patient not willing to participate Poor window for transthoracic echocardiography.
