Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1-subjects who are a health care professional of KAHER. 2-Subjects with BMI between 23.0-24.9kg/sqm (overweight) and 25.0-29.9 kg/sqm (obese) 3- Age group of 18-25years and who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1- Exercise induced asthma 2- Open wounds 3-Menstruation 4- Hydrophobia

Body Mass Index,Waist Hip Ratio,Ultrasonography Imaging.Timepoint: At the start of the intervention once and after 3 weeks i.e at the end of the intervention
