Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ASA grade 1 and 2 female patients. Age group of 18 to 60 years.Patients giving valid informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Patients belonging to ASA grade 3 and grade 4 Patients with copd or any pulmonary pathology Patients with difficult airways Patients with history of drug allergy Patients with localized skin infections, hemorrhagic diathesis.
