Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 Children with Frankl behavior rating score two or three 2 Children on their first dental visit 3 Children with dentinal caries on the primary molars and requiring a permanent restoration without local anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 Carious teeth with pre-shedding mobility 2 Medically and developmentally compromising conditions 3 Patients with mental/cognitive problems
