Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients fulfilling the diagnostic criteria based on sign and symptoms of Dushta Pratishyaya (Chronic Sinusitis) in Ayurvedic classics and modern science will be selected for the present study. 2.Patients with the recurrence of the symptoms of Chronic Sinusitis at least 4 times in a year. 3.Patients fit for Nasya Karma 4.Patients between age group of 18-60 years 5.Patients will be include into the study irrespective of caste, religion, sex etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Chronic debilitating diseases like Diabetes Mellitus, Carcinoma, Tuberculosis etc. 2.Cases which require surgical treatment. 3.Pregnant and lactating women 4.Patients below the age of 18 years and above 60 years.
