Interventions

Intervention1: Graded motor imagery group: Graded Motor Imagery -motor imagery technique-10 rep-3sets-3 days a week for 4 weeks Conventional treatment- cold packs for 20 min-two times daily for 4 week

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presented with and at least one of the following positive clinical tests. Passive stretching of extensors (Millâ??s sign). Pain at the lateral epicondyle during maximal volitional contraction (MVC) of the wrist extensors (Cozenâ??s sign). Pain at the lateral epicondyle while resisting the extension of the middle digit (Maudsleyâ??s test). Unilateral lateral elbow pain on the dominant hand for more than 7days to 3 months VAS -5mm to 74 mm-mild to moderate pain Score more than 37 on the Tampa scale of kinesiophobia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any radiculopathy or neurological signs and symptoms in the upper extremity Recent burns, infections and trauma to upper extremity. Surgery on upper quadrant within 6 months Local or generalized arthritis Patients who were not willing to participate
