Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: clinical signs and symptoms of all type of Bhagandara

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with Malignancy (Anus, Rectum, Prostate) HIV, HCV, HBsAg positive patients. Secondary fistula due to Ulcerative colitis, Crohnâ??s disease Tuberculosis
