Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Simple long bone fracture Fracture diagnosed by Radiograph

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients below the age of 18 years and above the age of 45 years. Compound fracture or multiple fracture Patients associated with known systemic illness like DM/HTN/RA/Asthma etc Pathological fractures - associated with other bone diseases like bone cyst, myeloma, osteomyelitis etc Patients who need internal fixation
