Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a)Systemically healthy patients with clinically healthy periodontium /stable periodontal correction after periodontal therapy. b)Full mouth plaque score (FMPS) and full mouth bleeding score (FMBS) of c) Participants indicated for FGG around natural teeth or dental implants. d)No history of previous palatal harvesting.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a)Pregnant/Lactating mothers. b)Smokers. c)Reporting the use of medications that would adversely affect periodontal tissues. d)Subjects who fail to comply.

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
Evaluation of palatal wound healing using: Wound healing index (Landry, Turnbull and Howley); Peroxidase test using 3% H2O2; Timepoint: Clinical parameters will be recorded at 7 days and 21 days after free gingival graft harvest.	—

Secondary

Measure	Time frame
Feedback forms will be given to the patient for: Visual analog scale(VAS); Number of Analgesics taken per day. Timepoint: 7 days after free gingival graft harvest.	—
