Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All children more than 1 month and less than 12 years who present with fluid refractory shock
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Patients who have already received any vasoactive drug before PICU admission. 2. Already participated in the trial during the same hospital stay. 3. Patient with a known cardiac disease. 4. Brain dead patients or terminal patients not likely to survive (DNR candidates). 5. Known immune compromised state (malignancy, primary or secondary immunodeficiency). 6. Severe acute malnutrition

| 1.Resolution of fluid refractory shock during first six hours. 2.Effect on total time to shock resolution. 3.Any complications with any of the drugs (extravasation, arrythmias, ischemia of limb). 4.Calculation of vasopressor inotropic score (VIS) in the patients. 5.Calculation of MOD score i.e Multi Organ Dysfunction Score (PELOD i.e Pediatric Logistic Organ Dysfunction Score) till patient in PICU. 6.Mortality in PICU. Timepoint: 6 hours and then till PICU discharge | — |
