Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients of both sexes will be considered. 2. Patients of young adult (18 to 35 years, as per World Health Organization) of age group will be considered. 3. Young adult (18 to 35 years) of age group patients presenting1. Patients of both sexes will be considered. 2. Patients of young adult (18 to 35 years, as per World Health Organization) of age group will be considered. 3. Young adult (18 to 35 years) of age group patients presenting complaints of specific â??Anxietyâ?? will be taken up for the study. 4. Young adults from various socio economic statuses will be considered for study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Young adult patients with emergency psychiatric conditions will be excluded. 2. Children, Teenagers, Middle and Older age group of adults and menopausal age group will be excluded. 2. Patients of age group less than 18 and more than 35 years is excluded. 3. Pregnant women and lactating mothers are excluded. 4. Young adults which are and physically handicapped (challenged) will be excluded (deaf and dumb) 5. Young adults with immunological diseases (Acquired immune deficiency syndrome, systemic lupus erythematosus).
