Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients having age group 18 to 65years. 2. Patients of both sexes will be considered. 3. Patients with any acute and chronic disease

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients those who are under psychiatric treatment will be excluded. 2. Patients which are physically handicapped (challenged) will be excluded (deaf and dumb). 4. Patients with autoimmune diseases are excluded. 5. Any gross pathological changes with complications with irreversiblepathological changes are excluded. 6. Serious mental disorder-eg. Mental retardation, Psychic disorder-Schizophrenia. 7. Pregnant women and lactating mothers are excluded
