Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patient of both sexes will be considered. 2. Patients of adult age (18-65) will be considered. 3. Diagnosis is mainly based on clinical presentation, case history of patient.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Cases with gross pathological changes are excluded like Broncho-pneumonia, Ca-lung, Bronchiectasis, status asthmaticus. 2. The cases with present complaints of asthma with cardiac origin, severe pneumonia, Tuberculosis, congenital anomalies, COPD and cases like emergency with severe status asthmaticus will excluded from the study. 3. Patients with autoimmune diseases are excluded. 4.Pregnant women and lactating mothers are excluded.
