Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion Criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years 2. At least 20 remaining teeth. 3. Oral malodor reading >= 1 4. Plaque index >= 1 5. Gingival bleeding index >= 1 6. Winkel coating index >= 1 7. Chronic periodontitis (>= 4 mm probing pocket depth - according to AAP classification 2017 )

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Any systemic disease, which are known to cause oral malodour 2. Surgical or non surgical therapy in last 6 months 3. Pregnant or lactating mother 4. Smokers
