Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: We will enroll stable neonates born at gestational age of 28 to 34+6 weeks

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: <28 weeks and neonates needing vasoactive support (unstable neonates)

- 1. Left ventricular output 2. Diastolic performance. Timepoint: 0-24 hrs, 24-48 hrs, 48-72 hrs

MeasureTime frame
1.Mean flow velocity, pulsalitility index and resistive index in anterior cerebral artery and middle cerebral artery. 2. Perfusion index and pleth variability indexTimepoint: 0-24 hrs, 24-48 hrs, 48-72 hrs
