Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Asa 1,2 Patients posted for thoracic or lumbar spine surgery involving2-4 intervertebral spaces Elective or emergency case Patient able to grade severity of pain

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients posted for thoracic or lumbar spine surgery involving more than 4 or less than 2 intervertebral spaces Patients having allergy to the study drugs Pregnant women Patients with cad Patients with renal/hepatic insufficiency Patients with psychiatriy disorders
