Health Condition 1: N202- Calculus of kidney with calculus of ureter

Interventions

Intervention1: 15-40ml room air as air contrast.: 15-40 ml of room air will be injected into the PCS through the ureteric catheter, to visualise the PCS under fluoroscopy. Control Intervention1: 15-40

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient with renal stone larger than 2cm in size or upper ureteric calculi more than 1.5cm in size. Multiple renal calculi, not amenable to ESWL. All ESWL failed renal stones.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of previous PCNL. History of previous renal surgery. Azotemia. Uncontrolled coagulopathy. Active infections. Any contraindication for general or spinal anaesthesia.
