Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Term pregnancies 37-41 wks POG 2.Singleton pregnancy 3.No maternal or fetal high risk factors.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Multiple pregnancies. 2.Pre-existing chronic illness in mother. 3.Presence of meconium stained liquor 4.Polyhydramnios or oligohydramnios. 5.Macrosomia 6.Maternal contracted pelvis 7.Repeat cesarean section 8.Fetal Heart Rate abnormalities 9.Contraindications of Entonox usage including headinjury, severe asthma 10.Inability or unwillingness of patients to use inhalational gas
