Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Based on clear sign and symptoms of Shram fulfilling the Diagnosis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patients having age less than 18 years and more than 40 year. Clinical conditions like uncontrolled HTN, Cancer, HIV, HBsAg, CKD, Liver Cirrhosis, Cardiac failure, Stroke, History of metabolic disorder
