Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.H. Pylori positive cases of both gender who are between 18-80 years of age and are willing to receive eradication therapy for H. pylori. 2.Willing to provide written informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Previous eradication therapy for H. pylori 2.History of gastrectomy 3.Gastric malignancy, including adenocarcinoma and lymphoma 4.Previous allergic reaction to antibiotics (amoxicillin, clarithromycin,tinidazole) and prompt pump inhibitors (esmeprazole) 5.Use of antibotics (amoxicillin,clarithromycin,tinidazole) in recent 4 weeks. 6.Contraindication to treatment drugs 7.Pregnant or lactating women 8.Severe concurrent disease or malignancy

| Primary end-point of the study is to compare the eradication rate of H.Pylori with three different treatment regimen (Standard Triple therapy, Bismuth Quadruple therapy and Sequential Antibiotic Therapy). The post-treatment of H. pylori infection status will be evaluated by conducting a stool antigen test after 6 weeks of last dose of treatment.Timepoint: H.Pylori eradication rate at 6 weeks after completion of treatment. | — |
