Inclusion criteria: Patient requiring bilateral maxillary premolar extractions for orthodontic purpose.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with known allergy to local anesthetic agent. Mentally challenged patients. patients with any systemic disease. Patients not willing to give informed consent.
