Inclusion criteria: Pre diagnosed case of vataja gridhrasi and they are classified according to dosha bala by an expert Vasti arha mentioned in the classics

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Vasti Anarha Diagnosed case of neoplasm bone TB fracture of spine uncontrolled diabetes and uncontrolled hypertension
