Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) all children intubated 2) all children on invasive mechanical ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Children on NIV 2) Children who are hemodynamically unstable to sedate for data collection. 3) Children who are already on High Frequency Oscillatory ventilation
