Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Both males and Females Subjects between the Age of 30 â?? 50 years Patients with Secondary lumbar canal stenosis at the level of Lâ?? and below Patients with MRI scan depicting Antero-posterior lumbar canal diameter of 8-12mm on MRI Functional disability more than 40% in MODI questionnaire Neurogenic claudication Patients with radiculopathy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with Vascular claudication Patients with previous history of spinal fractures or surgeries like laminectomy Any other conditions like Spondylitis, infection (osteomyelitis) or metabolic diseases Patients of hip or knee Osteoarthritis and Rheumatoid arthritis Pregnancy Cardiac or pulmonary disease that limits walking
