Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. patients who are visting to department with a chief compliant of receding gums. 2. patients who are visting to department with compliant of sensitivity. 3. permanent dentition

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. active, untreatable periodontal diseases. 2. rampant uncontrolled caries 3. patients undergoing orthodontic procedures. 4. primary dentition . patients who were under antibiotic coverage and under topical anti-inflammatory therapy. 6. patients who had bleeding disorders. 7. patients who had any other systemic diseases which may alter the local inflammatory response
