Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All Young Female with complaints of dysmenorrhoea between age 15 to 20 yrs.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients below 15 years and above 20 years. 2)Patients with chronic illness. 3)Menorrhagia. 4)Any uterine pathology.

MeasureTime frame
To get relief from dysmenorrhoea.Timepoint: The cure shall be assessed in 21 follow ups and 3 consecutive menstrual cycle.

To get relief from dysmenorrhoea.Timepoint: 84 days.
