Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Extraction of maxillary premolars and molars
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnancy 2. Allergic to amide drugs 3. Multiple extraction more than 3 teeth 4. Associated medical co-morbidities 5. Patient who had taken Non steroidal anti inflammatory drugs within 24 hours of dental extraction
