Health Condition 1: M19- Other and unspecified osteoarthritis

Interventions

Intervention1: Physiotherapy : Traction, Ultrasound Therapy, Shortwave Therapy, TENS, IFT, Supervised exercise. Dose and frequency- One session daily in every alternative day. Duration- Sixty days.

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient come at physiotherapy department of Uttara Adhunik Medical College and Hospital with widespread musculoskeletal pain.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pain due to systemic disease such as Rheumatoid arthritis ankylosing spondylitis Pain due to Cancer Bone TB etc

Pain will be measured by Brief Pain Inventory scale (0-10), Nutrition will be measured by Mini Nutritional Assessment, Blood vitamin D will be measured by pathological interventionTimepoint: Baseline measurement
