Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients belonging to ASA Grade-1&2 Patients with Mallampati Grade-1&2 Patients undergoing elective surgeries under general anaesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ASA Grade 3&4 Mallampatti grade 3 and 4 patients with cardio-respiratory, renal, hepatic or endocrine and muscular diseases patients allergic to study drugs- Fentanyl ,Lignocaine Hydrochloride, Paracetamol and Magnesium sulphate
